MEDZEG REFUND POLICY

At MedZeg, we are committed to providing high-quality educational materials and services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a transaction on the MedZeg platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable materials — including PDF study guides, chapter notes, and flashcards — are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. No refunds will be issued after access has been granted.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact us at medzeg.ollie@gmail.combefore downloading or accessing the material so we can assist you.

TUTORING SERVICES

Tutoring session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Sessions cancelled with sufficient advance notice may be rescheduled at MedZeg's discretion and are not guaranteed.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the practice test library through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds, prorated credits, or reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period, regardless of usage.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered in cases where a documented technical failure caused by MedZeg directly prevented you from accessing purchased content. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at MedZeg's discretion.
